Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to support the development of a digital platform for managing transport authorization requests. The role involves designing and developing a secure backend API, a web-based back-office application for agents, and an Android mobile application for field inspectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Building frontend applications with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Developing and maintaining Android applications with Flutter
• Managing Oracle database integration and data migration flows
• Implementing secure APIs, audit logging, and role-based access controls
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Supporting CI/CD, Dockerization, and application deployment processes
• Creating Power BI reporting solutions and technical documentation

Required skills:

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Flutter, Oracle, and Docker
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevSecOps, and application security best practices (OWASP)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• French fluency required

Location: Namur
Work model: Hybrid (minimum 50% onsite)
Workload: Part-time mission (approximately 2.5 days per week)
