Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to help us scale AI assets and develop innovative Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) products.

About the role

In this role, you will work at the intersection of cutting‑edge LLMs, intelligent agents, and application development, contributing directly to the future of AI‑driven solutions. You will be responsible for developing scalable backend services, building intuitive frontend interfaces, and enhancing our Document Understanding product.

What we’re looking for:

• 
  
• Technical Mastery: Senior expertise in Full Stack development combining Python (backend) and React.Js / Node.Js (frontend), along with containerization using Docker.
  
• AI & Innovation: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic architectures. Proven experience with LangChain is highly preferred.
  
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with Cloud environments (Amazon AWS, Azure) and AI model deployment/optimization.
  
• Soft Skills & Language: Fluency in English (mandatory for our international environment) combined with excellent communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
