We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with 15+ years of experience to join a Florida State Client in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, modern JavaScript frameworks, Azure cloud services, and enterprise application development.

• 15+ years of Lead Full Stack Development experience

• Strong experience with C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, WCF, and Web API

• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Knockout

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design

• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs

• Strong understanding of JSON, XML, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Experience with Azure SQL Server and Entity Framework

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Hosting, Identity, Storage, Integration)

• Experience translating business requirements into scalable applications

• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and WCAG accessibility standards

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience creating and executing unit, functional, and UI test plans

• Production support and incident triage

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• PeopleSoft ERP

• Florida PALM

• FLAIR

• Financial Management Systems

• Mainframe technologies (CICS, TSO, ISPF)

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise full-stack applications

• Build modern front-end applications using React (or similar frameworks)

• Develop backend services using .NET/C#/ASP.NET Core

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations

• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts

• Provide production support and incident resolution

• Maintain technical documentation and deployment runbooks
