The Role:
As a Sr Full Stack Developer, you'll own full-stack development of web applications — from architecture decisions to deployment — while integrating AI-driven and automation capabilities into real-world products.
What You'll Do:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end web applications
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to ship clean, performant solutions
• Write testable code, conduct code reviews, and optimize performance across the stack
• Participate in architectural decisions and system design
• Integrate AI and automation features into product workflows
• Ensure best practices in development, security, and deployment
Tech Stack:
Node.js · React.js · PostgreSQL · Redis · AWS · Python · Microservices · RESTful APIs
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years in software development
• Strong full-stack proficiency — front-end and back-end
• Experience with database design (RDBMS & NoSQL)
• Hands-on with DevOps and cloud environments
• Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach
