About the role
Senior hands-on Full Stack Developer responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure full stack solutions across frontend, backend, and Azure cloud platforms. The role translates business requirements into scoped work production-ready systems while guiding engineering practices and ensuring enterprise-grade standards. Works across UI, APIs, data, and cloud infrastructure to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across UI, APIs, data, and Azure infrastructure
• Translate business and product requirements into technical designs and implementation
• Design, build, enhance, and support full stack production applications
• Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance to engineering teams (including offshore teams)
• Ensure adherence to Clean Architecture, security, and enterprise standards

Requirements

• Experience in solution architecture and full stack development across enterprise environments
• Strong proficiency in React + TypeScript and .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Proven experience delivering cloud-native solutions in Azure
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture, CQRS, and microservices design patterns
• Experience with API design, integration, and data modelling
• Familiarity with secure-by-design principles (RBAC, data protection)
• Experience leading or mentoring distributed engineering teams
