Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer AI-Assisted Development with a minimum of 12 years of IT experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java Full Stack development and hands-on experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity, code quality, and delivery timelines.
This role requires an experienced developer who can build enterprise-grade applications, validate AI-generated code, optimize application performance, and work in a collaborative Agile environment.
Required Skills- Minimum 12 years of IT experience
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants
- Experience using AI tools for code generation, debugging, optimization, and code review
- Strong prompt engineering skills for AI-assisted development
- Experience validating AI-generated code for performance, security, and accuracy
