Role description:
Design, develop, and support enterprise grade full stack solutions on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform, delivering secure, scalable, and well integrated applications that support business processes across the EA portfolio.
Role accountabilities:
Individual accountabilities
Collaboration
Works closely with Product Owners, BPOs, and BPEs to translate business requirements into technical designs
Partners with Architecture and Security to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Coordinates with vendors and third‑party developers as required
Application & Extension Services
Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications across UI, API, and data layers
Build scalable back‑end services and APIs using enterprise‑approved languages and frameworks
Develop and maintain responsive front‑end components using modern web technologies
Integrate applications with enterprise systems, data platforms, and integration services
Apply secure‑by‑design principles, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and access controls
Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and code reviews
Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment promotions
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues across the application stack
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and KBAs to support operations and support teams
Supports release management and change processes with EA teams and Tech CAB
Vendor Management
Coordinates with vendors and third‑party developers as required
Key shared accountabilities
Partnership with other Towers, Lanes, and Domains to deliver integrated outcomes
Alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and development standards
SOP and KBA development with GSI teams
Release management and deployment coordination
Contribution to service stability, performance, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience developing enterprise applications and extensions, at least 4 of which with Oracle Cloud application services.
Demonstrated experience successfully planning and implementing Cloud application services in a global company with a multi-national, multi-vendor environment.
Proven track record of achieving service excellence, including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external resources.:
