Lead Full Stack Developer Role : - ( Job – description )
Seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with a minimum of ( 5-10 )years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on AI integration projects, where the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Web and Middleware applications using JQuery & JavaScript, NodeJS, Vue, React, GOLang, (JAVA and/or Python), and other high-performance technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in developing scalable and maintainable software systems.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Design and Develop Web & Middleware Applications : Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable web applications using JQuery & JavaScript, NodeJS, Vue, React, GOLang , (JAVA 11+ and/or Python) and other high-performance technologies and deployment experience in Kubernetes based CICD Pipelines. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards to produce robust and maintainable applications.
• Develop and Maintain Web Services: Develop and maintain RESTful web services to support application functionality. o Ensure the web services are secure, reliable, and performant.
• Complex Integrations: o Design and develop complex integrations using GRPC, WebSocket, and SIP-based technologies . o Implement real-time communication and data exchange solutions.
• Database Management: o Create and maintain database schemas to support application requirements. o Write efficient SQL queries to interact with databases and ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: o Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development. o Continuously improve skills and knowledge to bring innovative solutions to the team and enhance application performance and scalability.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• Educational Background - bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience - At least ( 5 - 10 )years of experience in JQuery & JavaScript, Nodejs, React, Vue, GO, (JAVA and/or Python) development. Strong 3+ years of experience in back-end technologies such as web services, Kafka, Redis Cache and tools like Talend.
• Database Skills - Experience in database design and development with SQL databases – Postgres, MySql, ClickHouse etc.., and NoSQL – Cassandra, Mongo, HBase etc.,
• Methodologies - Good understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Technical Skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Soft Skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Preference of Experience in cloud-based development using AWS or other cloud platforms. o Experience with DevOps practices such as Kubernetes based CI/CD pipelines and automation. o Experience with other programming languages such as R or Ruby
