WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Agile Delivery
- Join a Scrum team and drive features to production.
- Engage in planning, demos, and support cycles.
- Mentor peers and lead by example in Agile ceremonies.
Engineering Excellence
- Prioritize user experience, code quality, and performance.
- Adapt to both front-end and back-end demands depending on sprint.
Continuous Learning
- Share knowledge in lunch & learns.
- Stay on top of new tools and trends.
- Champion team-wide upskilling and innovation.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE THAT MATTER
- 5+ years of full stack development experience.
- Strong with Node.js, React, TypeScript, SQL, Next.js.
- Experienced in Sequelize, Git, CI/CD, Cloud (AWS preferred).
- Bonus: experience with Flutter or mobile development.
- Comfortable with production support and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong mentoring and communication skills.
