What you will doCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features; Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery; Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment; Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise; Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies; Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Must havesProficiency in TypeScript, React, NodeJS, and MongoDB; Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks; Experience withperformance optimization techniques; Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude; Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a development team; Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Upper-intermediate English level.Nice to havesExperience in the insurance or risk management industry; Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools; Experience withcloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
