At TeamStation AI , we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can build, maintain, and optimize integrations with Stripe, MedPro, Smarty, and eFax , while leveraging Redis, Postgres, Sidekiq, Rails APIs, and web hooks to ensure smooth data flow and high system performance.
Your Mission (aka What You’ll Do) *:
*Backend Development & API Integration
*:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable Rails APIs that integrate with Stripe, MedPro, Smarty, and eFax .
- Implement web hooks and event-driven architecture to handle real-time updates.
- Optimize API performance with Redis caching and Sidekiq background jobs .
- Ensure high availability and reliability when handling financial and medical data integrations.
Infrastructure & System Optimization

- Manage PostgreSQL databases , ensuring performance, indexing, and scalability .
- Use Redis to optimize caching and reduce query load.
- Maintain background job processing with Sidekiq to handle async tasks efficiently.
*DevOps & Testing

- Write and maintain RSpec tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows .
*Collaboration & Communication

- Work directly with U.S.based teams , ensuring smooth feature releases and reliable deployments.
- Communicate effectively about API design, integration strategies, and system performance .
- Engage in code reviews and knowledge sharing to improve team efficiency.
