Solution IT Inc. is looking for Full-Stack Java Developer for one of its clients in Remote
Job Title: Full-Stack Java Developer
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java 11+ and Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and secure development
- Experience building microservices and event-driven systems (Kafka preferred).
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and schema standards (OpenAPI/JSON)
- CI/CD experience (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes.
- Comfortable working in a pair-programming (XP) environment
- Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Leverage industry standard tools for application monitoring and troubleshooting (prefer Datadog)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Core Skills Full Stack In Addition to the above
- Experience in frontend engineering ReactJS/AngularJS/Typescript.
- Strong state management experience (Redux Toolkit or equivalent).
- Experience building responsive, accessible, data-driven User Experiences
- Full-stack development across modern web applications
Preferred Skills (All)
- Application and Database performance tuning
- Working knowledge of Python
- Leverage Generative and Agentic AI tools for building solutions or for code generation (Cursor)
- Understanding of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, AWS, and on-prem systems
