Role: Full Stack Java Developer

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Melbourne

Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java Core, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka.

• Strong hands-on experience in Java Core, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, stream processing).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, clean coding practices, and system design principles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and deployment automation.
• Exposure to cloud platform Azure is preferred.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with experience in defect triaging and production issue resolution.
• Ability to work closely with business teams, understand requirements, and call out technical gaps or risks proactively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge in SQL.
• Experience with monitoring, logging and Alerting tools (Splunk, Opensearch).
• Agile Experience.
