Key Requirements
Professional experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET technologies including C#, .NET Core Framework, and ASP.NET
Design, develop, and implement robust internal applications and platforms
Architect and develop scalable full stack applications using .NET Core and modern web technologies
Experience working in Agile development methodologies ensuring technical excellence, budget alignment, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
Experience in designing and implementing microservices and containerized applications using Kubernetes
Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining containerized applications and familiarity with Helm
Identify and implement common technical solutions while solving complex problems
Strong focus on CI/CD and cloud capabilities using DevOps tools and practices
Collaborate across business units and teams to establish best practices and gather feedback
Lead development efforts ensuring high-quality code, adherence to coding standards, and best practices
Stay updated with industry trends and adopt modern technologies and methodologies
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement
Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem, technologies, and usage patterns
Experience using DevOps concepts and tooling for application delivery
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to work in fast‑paced environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
