Senior Full Stack Python Developer
We’re looking for a hands-on developer ready to take ownership of high-impact backend systems. If you thrive at the intersection of backend architecture, infrastructure, and performance monitoring — and want to help shape systems that power smart financial decisions around the world — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks before they affect users
- Lead improvements to monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system reliability
- Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Python (Django) code
- Write and maintain technical specifications that guide system evolution
- Collaborate across teams to deliver robust, high-performance tools for global users
Requirements :
- Proven experience developing in Python , with deep knowledge of the Django framework
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (e.g., using asyncio)
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience working with Linux-based environments :
- Experience with Docker and deploying apps to Kubernetes :
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Ansible (or similar)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills :
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
