Job Description – Full Stack Lead

We are seeking a highly accomplished Web Technology Leader with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering modern, scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Next.js. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on development, system design, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Drive end-to-end development using React.js, Node.js, and Next.js, ensuring best practices in engineering excellence.
• Build and oversee the development of rich, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
• Define technical strategies, architecture patterns, and roadmap for web platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams; conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Ensure application performance optimization, security, scalability, and accessibility compliance.
• Own estimation, planning, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Establish and maintain best practices in documentation, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in web application development, with significant exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Deep expertise in React.js, Redux, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and scalable application architecture.
• Proven experience in designing reliable, scalable, and maintainable software systems.
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on usage of tools like Jira.
• Excellent coding practices with a focus on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong leadership experience in managing teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal English).
