Senior Full-Stack (React + Node.Js) Developer (Monterrey)
Client: Our client is a pioneer in US schools education since , it is leading the way in next-generation curriculum and formative assessment.
They develop a number of solutions and interactive web products for teachers, students and their parents.
The products target the educational needs of all classes - from elementary to high school.
There are over 10,000,000 students who use these products in over 20,000 schools across 6 continents, as well as in 50 states of the U.S.
Responsibilities
Style components using SCSS
Write unit tests using Jest and react/testing-library
Develop the backend on AWS infrastructure
Utilize the BFF (Backend for Frontend) approach on serverless lambdas
Work with NestJS to create APIs
Interact with databases such as DynamoDB and PostgreSQL
Use AWS SQS for message processing
Qualifications
Experience with React (versions up to 16.8 and newer)
Knowledge of class-based and functional components in React
Experience with SCSS for styling
Experience writing unit tests with Jest and react/testing-library
Knowledge of AWS and experience with serverless architecture
Experience with NestJS (preferred)
Understanding of working with DynamoDB and PostgreSQL databases
Nice to have
Familiarity with AWS SQS
