Job Description:
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and support modern cloud-native applications across both frontend and backend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable SaaS solutions while contributing to the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build and support cloud-native applications and services hosted in AWS environments.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Build and support event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Design and maintain database solutions utilizing PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, SQL, and stored procedures.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces following modern frontend best practices.
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code using automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Enhance application performance, reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and backend application development.
- Strong experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Experience building event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
- Strong database development experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, SQL, and stored procedures.
- Experience with frontend state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience implementing automated testing using JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, SaaS platforms, secure coding practices, Agile methodologies, and software design principles; experience in payments or financial services is preferred.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $65.00 to $90.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
