Position Overview
We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team, with a strong focus on backend engineering, operational ownership, and production reliability. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working across the stack, but who brings depth in building and maintaining backend services, APIs, integrations, data flows, and deployment pipelines. Front-end work is part of the role, but the primary evaluation will be on backend design, service quality, troubleshooting ability, automation, and the capacity to operate software reliably in production.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs in Java or C#. Build reliable integrations with relational databases, message queues, and third‑party systems. Work within CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy, and promote services across environments. Debug and resolve production issues, contributing to observability, incident response, and system reliability. Automate recurring operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure tooling. Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code and participate in peer code reviews. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, and engineering best practices. Support front‑end development when needed, ensuring interfaces are functional, maintainable, and aligned with product requirements.
