DiversyFund is a real-estate investment company building an AI-integrated platform that's redefining how capital is raised and managed. We run a live investor platform with tens of millions of records, and we're building the operating system for the next generation of private-markets operators.
The Role
You'll be one of our first dedicated software engineers, working directly with our CTO to own and strengthen the heart of our platform: the investor portal, the CRM, and our new Operator OS. This is high-ownership work on systems that move real money for real investors.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship features across the stack (TypeScript/Node, React, PostgreSQL)
- Harden our highest-stakes paths — payments, identity/compliance, and permissions — with the tests and safeguards they deserve
- Own integrations with payment, banking, and identity-verification partners
- Help shape our AI-driven platform and raise the engineering bar as we grow the team
- Leave systems better documented and safer than you found them
What You Bring
- 5+ years shipping production web applications end-to-end
- Strong TypeScript/Node and modern front-end (React)
- Solid relational database skills (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with third-party API integrations (fintech, payments, or KYC a big plus)
- A test-and-document instinct, and comfort as an early, high-ownership hire in a small company
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI/LLM features or agent frameworks
- Fund, real-estate, or investment-platform domain experience

Compensation
$160,000–$185,000 base, plus performance bonus and equity. San Diego.
