Position Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using Python, React, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise with Python, solid frontend experience with React, and hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Full-Stack development experience with Python and React.js
- Advanced Python development experience (approximately 60% backend)
- Hands-on React.js development experience (approximately 40% frontend)
- Recent AWS development experience (minimum 2 years) in production environments
- Experience modernizing legacy applications using cloud-native architectures
- Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including:
- AWS Lambda
- API Gateway
- DynamoDB
- S3
- CloudFront
- Experience with NoSQL databases, especially DynamoDB
- Knowledge of OAuth authentication and authorization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated deployments
- Experience creating unit, integration, and user test cases
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Cloud-native application development
- Serverless architecture
