The stated objective is to add versatility and improve delivery capacity; the target profile is not a pure frontend specialist, but a developer capable of covering both sides of the stack. The projects involve business functionalities as well as API and microservices integrations within an Azure-centric ecosystem (.NET, C#, Azure DevOps, containers). Complete mastery of all technologies in the matrix is not required upon entry; the ability to learn and integrate quickly into this environment is what matters. The ideal candidate has seven or more years of development experience, with .NET backend experience and sufficient frontend exposure to deliver end-to-end. The three positions are identical; submitted resumes must demonstrate the same skill set.
