Job Summary
Synechron is hiring a Full-Stack Developer – .NET + AWS to build, deploy, and support scalable applications and APIs. This role supports end-to-end delivery by combining backend development, cloud implementation, and production support to improve system reliability, performance, and delivery efficiency.
Software Requirements
Required
.NET 6/7+, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API
Entity Framework
AWS : experience with at least 3–4 of Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
Familiarity with NoSQL databases
Docker , Git
CI/CD using GitHub Actions , Azure DevOps , or Jenkins
Security implementation using OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS
Preferred
Microservices and distributed systems experience
Infrastructure automation or deployment scripting
Monitoring and performance tuning tools
Overall Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications and APIs using .NET
Deploy and manage application components on AWS
Write clean, testable, maintainable code
Optimize database access and application performance
Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and release activities
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams

Essential: C#, SQL
Preferred: JavaScript/TypeScript, scripting for automation
Databases / Data Management
Essential: SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL, data modeling, query optimization, NoSQL familiarity

Essential: AWS, including at least 3–4 of Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
Preferred: Cloud-native architecture and container orchestration

Essential: .NET 6/7+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework
Preferred: Frontend integration experience

Essential: OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS, secure API development
Preferred: Secure cloud configuration and dependency management
Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in .NET, backend, or full-stack development
Experience building APIs and cloud-hosted applications on AWS
Experience with relational databases and production support
Equivalent practical experience in related engineering roles will be considered
Day-to-Day Activities
Build APIs, services, and integrations
Deploy enhancements and support releases
Monitor applications and resolve defects
Participate in standups, planning, code reviews, and design sessions
Document technical changes and collaborate across teams
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
AWS or relevant technical certifications
Ongoing learning in cloud, security, and modern engineering practices
