Fullstack Developer (NodeJS + React)

Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend engineering skills (NodeJS) and hands-on AI experience. You should be comfortable working across the stack, but your core strength should be building scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI-powered product features.You will own features end-to-end, from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems
• Build AI-powered features using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar
• Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, agent workflows, and AI integrations
• Work with databases including SQL and NoSQL; optimize schemas, queries, and indexes
• Build async and event-driven systems using queues, workers, WebSockets, or streaming
• Develop frontend features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to ship high-quality products
• Own features across the full lifecycle: design, build, deploy, monitor, and support

Skills required

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, GraphQL , and backend architecture
• Good hands-on experience with React / Next.js and modern frontend development
• Strong understanding of databases, caching, async processing, and system design
• Experience integrating LLMs or building AI-powered product features
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI observability, and latency optimization
• Experience with testing, performance optimization, security, and production deployments

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time audio, STT/TTS, conversational AI, or multimodal AI
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, or CI/CD pipelines
• Open-source contributions or strong personal projects
