About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack solutions
- Participate in architectural discussions and help shape technical direction
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends
- Optionally leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
Requirements :
- Senior Engineer: Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience
- Lead Engineer: Minimum 8 years of experience, including leading teams or projects
- Strong expertise in FrontEnd development using React
- Solid experience with backend technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Kafka
- Proven ability to work across the stack and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with global teams
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working on healthcare-related software or familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
- Familiarity with AI assisted development using Github Copilot or similar tools
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices
