Fullstack Developer (TypeScript/React or Vue.js) - Hybrid Porto (3 days/week office)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a growing team working on a long-term project for a Belgian Telecommunications client, embedded within a collaborative and experienced delivery team based in Porto. This is a solid opportunity for a junior-to-mid fullstack developer who wants to grow in a real client environment, working with modern TypeScript-based technologies across frontend and backend, while developing strong client-facing skills.

Language: English B2 minimum | Level: Junior–Mid | Location: Porto (hybrid, 3 days/week in office)

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll be integrated into a full delivery team working for a Telco client in Belgium, contributing to fullstack development across web applications and backend services. The environment values autonomy, curiosity, and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and business — you'll be expected to engage with complex customer questions and feature requests, not just implement tickets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of relevant fullstack development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript — required across both frontend and backend contexts
• Solid experience with Vue.js and/or React for frontend development
• Extensive knowledge of databases and SQL, with the ability to design and query data models effectively
• Ability to work independently with an eager-to-learn mindset and an innovative approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills — you act as a source of information for customers and engage constructively with complex feature requests
• Natural ability to bridge IT and business, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• HBO (Bachelor's) level of thinking and working
• English B2 or above
• Based in Porto area, available for hybrid work 3 days/week in office

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Node.js for backend development
• Familiarity with C# and additional frontend development practices
• Knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud platforms
• Experience with Jira or similar project/delivery management tooling

Compensation: €1400 – €1800/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
