Description:
- We are expecting engineers to use AI assisted development tools for productivity; deep AI/ML expertise is not required.
- As a hands-on individual contributor, you will build customer-facing UI experiences, integrate backend APIs, and leverage AI-assisted tools to deliver quality features at pace.
Responsibilities:
- Build customer-facing product features with a UI-first approach using React and Next.js to deliver modern, performant experiences
- Implement and integrate backend APIs and microservices that power UI workflows and support reliable platform functionality
- Support operational excellence through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring practices, and incident response as needed
- Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code to accelerate delivery without requiring AI specialization.
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience building and supporting production software in a professional engineering environment
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend development, including React, Next.js, or comparable UI frameworks
- Solid REST API integration skills with foundational knowledge of distributed systems and microservices patterns
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases within production application environments
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies across the software development lifecycle
- Comfort incorporating AI-assisted developer tools into daily coding workflows to improve delivery speed and output quality
