We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative Functional Program Manager to oversee and manage cross-functional programs aligned with business objectives. This role focuses on ensuring seamless coordination across departments, driving key initiatives, and delivering value through effective program governance and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning & Execution:
• Develop, implement, and manage strategic programs within a functional domain (e.g., IT, HR, Operations, Product, Finance) from initiation through delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, functional teams, and external partners to align program goals and ensure effective communication.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers and team leads to ensure timely delivery of program components, tracking milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
• Risk & Issue Management:
• Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Budget & Resource Management:
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and reporting to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
• Performance Tracking:
• Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor and report program performance, progress, and impact to leadership.
• Process Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within functional processes, tools, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years in a functional management role
• Proven track record managing large, complex cross-functional programs
• Strong knowledge of program/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus
