Job Description

  • Drive OMS Basics and Customer Basis roll-out across the J&J sites
  • Coordinate J&J KPI harmonization initiative
  • Monitor KPI performance and ensure the collection of exception root causes and corrective actions
  • Monitor contractual CIP attainment and support sites in identifying CIP project to close gaps
  • In support of CIP attainment, support site / country /region /global Digitization roadmaps including working with J&J on Insights and Innovation
  • Standardization between operations including commercial approach, global MSA adherence, and concepts of operation


Required Education and Experience

  • 5+ years work experience with proven experience within Supply Chain operations / functions, required
  • 2+ years experience with large complex organization, preferred
