We are seeking a skilled Golang/Python Developer to design and enhance internal client products focused on improving developer productivity across engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality backend solutions using Go and Python
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create tools that enhance developer workflows and productivity
- Solve complex technical challenges with innovative and scalable solutions
- Work with Git in collaborative workflows to ensure code quality and effective version control
- Optimize existing systems and processes for efficiency and performance
- Implement integration technologies, including APIs, microservices, and web services
- Ensure quality and maintainability of products through meticulous code reviews
- Communicate technical ideas and solutions effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Document software design, implementation, and maintenance processes
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Go and Python with at least 2 years of professional experience
- Strong experience with Git for version control and team collaboration
- Background in developing internal tools or platforms that enhance developer velocity
- Skills in software development, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both technical and non-technical
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and tools
- Background in prompt engineering or willingness to learn
- Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and microservices
- Understanding of agile and fast-paced development environments
