We are looking for an Intermediate Full-Stack Software Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality software solutions. Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will help design, develop, and maintain applications that solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
You will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, including:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
- Build responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend services
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in system design discussions and technical planning
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience developing full-stack web applications
- Ability to independently deliver well-defined features with minimal supervision
Technical Skills
- React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar JavaScript frameworks
Backend
- Python, Java, Node.js, or similar backend technologies
Databases
- SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases
Additional Experience
- REST API development and integration
- Git version control
- Understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
Advantageous Skills
Experience with:
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Docker and containerisation
- CI/CD pipelines
- Microservices architecture
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or another STEM-related field
