Ayesa Digital is an innovative technology company that transforms challenges into opportunities. We are seeking an experienced Back‑End Developer specializing in Java and Spring Boot to join one of our exciting international projects based in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop front‑end and middle‑tier features alongside the software engineering team.
Improve existing functionality and build new features in line with current and future needs.
Coordinate with the QA team for defect identification and resolution.
Write and maintain technical specifications.
Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of clean code in a DevOps environment.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in English (working language for the project).
Based in or willing to relocate to Italy.
Proven experience in cloud architecture analysis and design.
Experience leading or coordinating technical teams and/or resources.
Availability for on‑call support.
