Requirements:
We are currently looking for a Senior Java Back End to join a challenging project, taking a key role in the design and development of scalable, high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.
Required Competencies:
- Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring
- Strong experience in backend software development
- Experience designing, developing, and enhancing robust software components
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance applications
- Ability to analyse complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to contribute to technical decisions and solutions across multiple teams
- Experience supporting and guiding team members through knowledge sharing and technical expertise
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for improving software solutions
- Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices
- English – minimum C1
- Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

- Microservices Architecture
- MySQL
- MongoDB
- Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS)
- Docker
- Kubernetes Architecture

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid
Work Model: 3 days per week at the office
Salary Range: €3,300–€3,700 gross/month
