We are currently looking for: Java Back End
Requirements:
We are currently looking for a Senior Java Back End to join a challenging project, taking ownership of software components and contributing to the development of scalable, high-performing and reliable backend solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.
Required Competencies:
- Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring
- Strong experience in backend software development, including designing, coding and enhancing software components
- Experience taking ownership of software components and ensuring their quality and performance
- Ability to analyse complex technical problems and propose effective solutions that improve system efficiency and reliability
- Experience contributing to architectural discussions and helping define technical solutions aligned with business objectives
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software features
- Ability to contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams
- Experience supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and development best practices
- Ability to take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to effective team performance
- Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices
- English – minimum C1
- Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

- Microservices Architecture

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid
Work Model: 3 days per week at the office
Salary Range: €3.300–€3.700 gross/month
