Title:- Java Backend Developer
About the Role
We are looking for strong Java Backend Engineers to join a banking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, resilient backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain Microservices-based applications.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code following SDLC best practices.
- Work with databases and optimize database queries.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, coding standards, and system architecture.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Must Have Skills
- Strong Java development experience.
- Spring Boot.
- Microservices Architecture.
- Database experience (SQL/Oracle or similar).
- Experience with System Design.
- CI/CD Pipeline experience.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Agile development experience.
Nice to Have
- Apache Kafka.
- AWS or any Cloud Platform.
- Experience working in Banking or Financial Services.
