Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement robust and scalable RESTful web services using the Spring framework (Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security).
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code to enhance our backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration and performance.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, utilizing technologies such as Docker, Jenkins, or Concourse.
Qualifications :- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work proactively and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated empathy towards team members and stakeholders.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving project goals.
- Advanced English C1 - C2 proficiency is required.
*Working Conditions :- This role is available in Mexico City and Guadalajara.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.- Hybrid working model.
