Role : Senior Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs that serve high-volume traffic.
- Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and best practices.
- Design and optimize database solutions using NoSQL technologies, particularly DynamoDB.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code while adhering to coding standards and architectural best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, identify bugs, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug complex issues, perform performance tuning, and optimize system efficiency across distributed environments.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana and related tools to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and support the development of large-scale, distributed applications.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in backend development and cloud computing
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional experience in Java Backend Development Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17+ with deep understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
- Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and proven problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing REST APIs with proper error handling and validation
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong experience with NoSQL databases, particularly DynamoDB, including schema design and optimization.
- Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
- Proven experience working on large-scale, high-volume distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of application scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization principles.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and coding skills with attention to detail
Technical Environment:
- Languages & Frameworks: Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
- Databases: DynamoDB, NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Platform: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
- Tools & Technologies: Git, Grafana, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
- Architecture: Microservices, RESTful APIs, Distributed Systems.
