Responsibilities
- Be involved in all stages of software delivery , from design and development to deployment and maintenance
- Take ownership of your code throughout its entire lifecycle
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions
- Challenge business requirements and contribute to identifying the best possible outcomes
- Mentor and support other developers, sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and engineering practices
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the technology roadmap
- Participate in technical interviews and support recruitment processes when required
Requirements
- Experience with Java (17/21) and Spring ecosystem (Boot, Cloud, Data Flow) or Micronaut
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and software architecture patterns
- Experience with Cloud & DevOps technologies : Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of Observability & Monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, or similar)
- Experience with Gradle , TDD , unit and integration testing
- Experience with MongoDB and MySQL
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins , and similar tools
- Experience working in Agile environments and modern engineering practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, such as Stibo STEP
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail projects
- Experience with Kotlin
- Experience mentoring development teams
