Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Java Backend Engineers to join our engineering team building scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and distributed systems, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Amazon Q, or similar GenAI IDEs to improve developer productivity.

Candidates with educational backgrounds from top-tier Chinese universities are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Develop cloud-native applications following modern software engineering best practices.
• Utilize AI-powered IDEs (Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) for accelerated software development.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Java programming experience.
• Spring Boot.
• Microservices architecture.
• REST APIs.
• Distributed systems.
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Git.
• CI/CD.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as:
