Java Backend Engineer
Location : CDMX (Hybrid - TCS Office)
Experience Required : 7+ years
Skillset
- Strong experience with Java and Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) plus Python .
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached, Hazelcast).
- Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API design .
- SQL (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Hands-on with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience using JIRA and Git .
- Exposure to AI coding assistant tools (GitHub Copilot, Cline, Aider, Continue, Cursor).
- Basic understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), MCP , AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Strong problem-solving, independent work, and communication skills.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
