Senior Java Developer responsible for design, development, enhancement, and support of the EIS PolicyCore v12 platform. Focus on policy administration functionality, business services, integrations, application events, batch processing, and core insurance workflows.

The role involves extending EIS business capabilities, implementing integrations with enterprise systems, and supporting policy lifecycle processes across underwriting, billing, and policy servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions within EIS PolicyCore v12.
• Develop Java-based integrations between EIS and enterprise applications.
• Implement and support event-driven processing using EIS Application Events.
• Develop REST APIs and service integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Support application releases and production deployments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners.
