Senior /Junior Java Developer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design, development, and daily maintenance of Web3.0/blockchain/telecommunications related systems, ensuring stability and efficiency.

2. Participate in the upgrades, performance optimization, and code refactoring of existing backend systems to enhance scalability.

3. Independently complete module design, coding, and related technical documentation based on product requirements.

4. Collaborate closely with product, testing, and front-end teams to create secure and user-friendly products.

5. Focus on system security and performance, continuously optimizing databases, servers, and networks.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

2. 2–5 years Java development experience preferred (candidates with less experience may be considered for Junior positions)

3. Experience in performance optimization for:

   • Databases (MySQL, etc.)

   • Linux servers

   • Network communication

4. Solid Java fundamentals (multithreading, concurrency, collections, networking, I/O, JVM).

5. Experience designing distributed systems and applying related technologies.

6. Familiar with SpringMVC, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, Docker , Mybatis, Dubbo, ZooKeeper; understanding of internals a plus.

7. Knowledge of high-performance, high-concurrency system design (distributed caching, ElasticSearch, message queues).

8. Proficiency in SQL, caching, messaging, queues, and async frameworks.

9. Putonghua is a must .
