Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Java Developers to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems while contributing to the training of next-generation AI models. Your expertise in Spring Boot and microservices will play a key role in shaping robust, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development : Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

• Microservices Architecture : Design and implement robust microservices solutions.

• Collaboration : Work with teams to review specifications and deliver high-quality code.

• Performance Optimization : Enhance application performance, reliability, and security.

• Code Reviews : Provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Documentation : Produce clear, concise technical documentation.

• Troubleshooting : Debug and optimize backend systems as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Java

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience collaborating with remote teams in fast-paced environments

• Solid understanding of REST APIs , data structures, and backend best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive projects
