Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Python Developers to design, build, and optimize backend services while contributing to the evaluation of next-generation AI systems. This role combines hands-on API development with testing and feedback on AI-powered coding workflows.
Key Responsibilities

API Development : Build and refine REST and GraphQL endpoints for scalable applications.

Backend Security : Drive data validation, error handling, and security standards.

Database Management : Execute migrations, optimizations, and schema updates.

AI Testing : Actively test AI-powered models in Cursor, reporting bugs and incidents.

Collaboration : Participate in Slack discussions with researchers to propose improvements.

Reporting : Deliver detailed surveys and feedback on model performance and developer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional backend development experience with Python

Proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL APIs

Advanced knowledge of backend validation, error handling, and API security

Hands-on experience with database migrations and performance tuning

Familiarity with Cursor or similar AI coding tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear bug and incident reporting
