Role - Java Full Stack Developer

Location - Dallas, TX

6+ Months Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable microservices architectures using Java.
  • Lead the implementation of microservices testing strategies to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define best practices and standards for microservices development.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance the microservices ecosystem.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all architectural designs.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technology roadmap.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven experience in microservices architecture and design.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
  • Expertise in microservices testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • API and Microservices
  • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical leadership role.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or microservices architecture are a plus.
