Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid 3 days/week
Job Overview: This is a full-stack engineering role where you will Contribute to backend services and APIs, Build user-facing web applications and internal tools, Support development of workflow systems and automation platforms and You’ll work on features that improve agent productivity and customer experience, collaborating closely with senior engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend components
- Build and enhance web applications and APIs
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot issues in development and production with guidance
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers
- Contribute to improving performance, scalability, and reliability
- Support development of AI-enabled features or integrations (e.g., automation, assistive workflows)
- Designs, develops, tests, and evaluates software and systems that enable computers to perform their applications, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Consults with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software and operational and performance requirements of overall system.
- Formulates and designs software system, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Consults with customer concerning maintenance of software system. May coordinate installation of software system.

- Support release validation, defect prevention, and root-cause analysis for complex quality and production issues.
Technical Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of full-stack software development experience
- Proficiency in Java (or similar backend language)
- Experience building or contributing to REST APIs
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL; exposure to NoSQL is a plus)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of API integration and responsive UI development
- Familiarity with: Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic testing and debugging practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Awareness of how AI/LLMs are used in applications (APIs, simple workflows, automation)
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to Spring Boot or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with Docker or cloud environments
- Basic understanding of state management (Redux, etc.)
- Exposure to monitoring/logging tools
- Awareness of workflow or automation systems
- Exposure to LLM-based features, such as:
- Chat or summarization use cases
- Prompt-based workflows
- API-based AI integrations
