We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer (8+ years) who is hands-on with coding, passionate about solving complex problems, and experienced in delivering enterprise-grade applications. The candidate should bring deep expertise in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud deployment and demonstrate strong skills in scalability, performance, and design best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on design, development, and delivery of backend services and APIs using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code along with unit and integration tests.
• Contribute to system design discussions and propose scalable, high-performance solutions.

· Contribute to QA: unit testing, integration testing, and supporting QA activities

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) efficiently.
• Package and deploy applications using Docker & Kubernetes on Azure or AWS.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of backend services.

· Monitoring and observability skills for distributed environment

• Integrate messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching frameworks (Redis).
• Automate deployments and provisioning using Terraform or similar tools.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and set best practices for the team.
• Mentor junior developers while remaining actively involved in coding and delivery.

Must Have Skills

· Java 8+

· Spring Boot

· Microservices architecture

· RESTful API development

· PostgreSQL, MongoDB

· Docker, Kubernetes

· Cloud platforms: Azure / AWS

· Messaging platforms: Kafka / RabbitMQ

· Caching frameworks: Redis

· Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)

· Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, etc.)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Design, develop, and maintain responsive, dynamic, and high-performance web applications using Angular 18+
• Experience in event-driven architectures.
• Strong exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Awareness of cloud-native design patterns and security best practices.
