Java/Python Developer (Hong Kong)

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java/Python applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize system performance and ensure reliability in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and enhance existing functionalities.

• Good experience in Java/Pythondevelopment within financial services.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit, personal and professional integrity with a strong desire to succeed
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Programming skills in Java / Python etc.
• Knowledge in Capital Markets/ Investment Banking or a particular asset class will be advantageous but not essential
• Knowledge of financial data, financial instruments and financial technology will be advantageous but not essential
