We are hiring a highly skilled Backend developer experienced with Kubernetes to design, develop, deploy, and manage scalable backend services in a cloud‑native environment across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain code using Java and Python.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and DevOps engineers to deliver innovative software solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Java development.
- 3+ years of experience in Python development.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience delivering software applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating microservices and ensuring high availability and performance.
- Experience with LLMs beyond standard developer tools (API calls to an LLM, agentic loop, creating and using agents).
- Experience with MCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab Runner.
- Self‑motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
- Team player; willing to coach junior team members and cooperate on cross‑functional problem solving.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
