Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will work in a Scrum environment, where you will play a key role in the technical development and quality of our software solutions. You will work closely with several Scrum teams and contribute to the scalable development of our applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical Analysis: Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Development of new features: Implement scalable and efficient Java solutions.
- Maintenance and support: Support and optimise existing applications in a complex IT environment.
- Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Analyse and resolve technical issues in collaboration with other teams.
- Test automation: Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for stable software delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, best practices, and architecture decisions.
- Deployment and Release Management: Install and deploy new software versions in an on-premises environment.
- Code Quality and Best Practices: Oversee compliance with clean code, SOLID principles, and security best practices.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to the ongoing development of knowledge within the team.
- After extensive training, you are ready to participate in 24/7 on-call duty.
